WinterI am, I have discovered, not a creature of the autumn. I used to think I was but I realized tonight the feel of the changing seasons makes me uneasy and restless. Early autumn, more than anything, when it's still summery, but cold. If anything at all, I find I must be a winter spirit. I stood outside in the cooling weather, alone, and through an invisible veil I could feel winter peering out at me.
